Items ordered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday will be sent next day delivery the next business working day (Tuesday to Saturday). Please allow 1-2 Business days for delivery.

We offer an exchange only policy.
The item(s) to be returned must reach us no later than 14 days from the date of your order. If your return is received following the expiry of this time period, then we will be unable to offer you an exchange and your item will be returned to you.
All items returned to us must be in the exact same condition that they were sent to you, they must be unworn, unmarked and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on jewellery or accessories e.g hats & caps, swimwear or underwear.
Should your item(s) not be in the above condition then no exchange will be available.
You will be responsible for the postage and packaging costs when returning your item(s) to us we suggest using a track and trace method of shipping, as Blossoms Boutique will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
We do not accept returns for sale items.
Any SALE items which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
