When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address as a part of the buying and selling process.

The third party providers that we use will only collect your information for the purpose it is intended. Any third party that we may use for example paypal, will have their own privacy policy and we recommend that you read these direct from their website. Once you leave our website you are no longer governed by the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy.

We will take all reasonable steps to protect your date and ensure that it is not lost, altered or misused. As advised within S4 above, any data inputted into a link from our website will not be governed by this Privacy Policy and you will be expected to read any Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions on that site.

We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time, and would suggest that you check back and review it frequently. Once posted, any changes will be effective immediately

1 - This website is for the sale of clothing, accessories, childrens wear, homeware, and any other products relating to this.

3 - The price relating to the goods is listed with the individual goods. The delivery charges are stated within the checkout prior to payment being required, dependent upon which delivery service you opt to use.

4 - All payments must be made via the 'Pay Now' button on this website.

5 - We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of your order being received and payment being made to us. Should this be subject to any change then you will be notified accordingly.

7 - It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in size, colour and presentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you aquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us, Blossoms Boutique, 17 Coniston Grove, WA11 9NH, blossomsboutique_@outlook.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email). You may use the below cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must forward correspondence to us exercising your right to cancel prior to the expiry of the 14 day period. 

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). 

 

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any good supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. 

 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-

(a) 14 days after we receive the goods back from you, or;

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or;

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we informed of your decision to cancel the contract. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Where goods are received in connection with the contract:

(a) You shall send the goods back or hand them over to us, Blossoms Boutique, 17 Coniston Grove, WA11 9NH, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

(b) You will be liable for returning the cost of the goods via a reasonable method such as Royal Mail postage at an approximate cost of £4.00.

(c) You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
