As advised within S4 above, any data inputted into a link from our website will not be governed by this Privacy Policy and you will be expected to read any Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions on that site.

1 - This website is for the sale of clothing, accessories, childrens wear, homeware, and any other products relating to this.

3 - The price relating to the goods is listed with the individual goods. The delivery charges are stated within the checkout prior to payment being required, dependent upon which delivery service you opt to use.

5 - We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of your order being received and payment being made to us. Should this be subject to any change then you will be notified accordingly.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you aquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must forward correspondence to us exercising your right to cancel prior to the expiry of the 14 day period. 

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). 


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any good supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. 


We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-

(a) 14 days after we receive the goods back from you, or;

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or;

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we informed of your decision to cancel the contract. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Where goods are received in connection with the contract:

(a) You shall send the goods back or hand them over to us, Blossoms Boutique, 17 Coniston Grove, WA11 9NH, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

(b) You will be liable for returning the cost of the goods via a reasonable method such as Royal Mail postage at an approximate cost of £4.00.

(c) You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All returned items must be unworn and in the original packaging with tags on. All items returned will be inspected and if they show any signs of being worn or damaged for example, make up stains or odour, then you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and the item will be returned to you.


When returning your item, we kindly ask that you leave a note inside with your full details on so that we are able to locate your order promptly once we are in receipt of your return.



All sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE and they are NOT EXCHANGABLE.



Any items purchased using a discount code up to the value of 40% will be eligible for an exchange but not a refund. On your returns note please advise which item name, size and colour you would like to exchange for. If there is nothing available at that time, we will issue you store credit to be used within 6 months.


Any items bought on or below the value of 60% of the original sale price will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
